      Pros

      Very hands off, they let employees be. As long as you send in a monthly report, there is no micro management that goes on here at all. Love working for Amewas!!

      Cons

      Wish we did some get togethers outside of work. Lunch sometime with large teams.

      AMEWAS is a great company to work for. They are very flexible and understanding , which makes a huge difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

      You do have to go into the office everyday.
