      Lots of veterans. Local company with a good support structure.

      Hard to move up within in the company. Company is spread out across the country and the various bases they work.

      AMEWAS is a great company to work for. They are very flexible and understanding , which makes a huge difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

      You do have to go into the office everyday.
