Everything else... company only cares about money, you don’t know until you’re already in the door, ie) when it’s too late. Avoid lengthy sign on contracts Ie) 3years. you will hate yourself any longer then 1year, unless you like to work every night and weekends. Direct management is powerless, upper management only cares about timelines and budget/ saving money. Also every October beware of downsizing aka, layoffs and some how it never makes the news. Little to no growth potential
