Business Outlook
Pros
Location, location, location! Thousand Oaks is a great place to live and work. The schools in Conejo Valley are great, and the weather is tough to beat. Amgen campus is no longer cramped and crowded and for the most part we have a good work environment.
Cons
The company is rebuilding and there is much uncertainty as to how things will look in the near term. Long term I do believe the company will do very well, but there will be much angst between now and then. Many great people have left voluntarily or involuntarily in the past year and it is a shame to see a loss of such talent.
