Pros
The benefits are really amazing; from the 3 weeks starting vacation to the 15+ days of company holiday and 10 "family days". The 401K mathing is really great. Remember if you are lucky enough to work here, this was a Top Employer a few years ago.. the benefits have not changed. If you are willing to see it, there is a very upside to working for a pharma company, you are truly working to make product to help people (yes there is a profit in there also), but we don't make baby soap, we help people in need.
Cons
The companies future is very uncertain right now. In reality however, its a very profitable company. Many of the senior management are from the windfall days and never learned to make good decisions; at times priorities waffle and hard decisions are hard to achieve.
