      Good Benefits, VEP, MIP and other stock compensation

      Poor Management, unethical and unecessary spending. There are still many 'old timers' who do NOTHING!

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, generous time off policy. Most people are easy to work with and friendly. Made great lifelong friends during my time there

      Cons

      Not all in leadership positions should be leaders or can make the right decisions. Some "favorites" get pushed up the ladder way to soon, regardless if ready for the position or not/
