      Great Benefits, above average compensation package, located in a great family community

      Cons

      Access to leadership in centatin functions of the business is difficult. Limited upward mobility for cerain functions--no clear career path. Promotional decisions at times are biased. Certain leaders are more concerned about self preservation.
