Salary is appx 5% less on average compared to other insurance companies. They tell you their salaries are in line with other companies, but they aren’t. Do your research people.
Heavy workload, unrealistic expectations. Very limited overtime, yet they push you to work on holidays.
High turnover with management. Supervisors and Team Leads are not on the same page. Each one will tell you to do your job differently.
They are not up to date with technology. The computer system is a mess and the “soft phone” system is a disaster. This in itself makes getting the heavy workload done impossible.
Working remotely should be more accessible. We’ve done it for over a year and the company is still standing. Forcing employees back to the office because of the “Amica Culture” is ridiculous. News flash....Employees don’t care about the “Amica Culture” The amount of money this company pays out in overhead to keep us in office compared to the amount of money the company would save by keeping us working remotely is a no brainer. Do the math. Take that savings and increase our salary.
