Also they take kids fresh out of college and put them through 6 weeks of training and send them across the county to assess the security of other people's homes and liability. They have no life experience and still have their parents helping them. They are not wise nor experienced enough to have the authority they have. They don't understand the areas they are working and they put their staff in difficult positions because we are expected to take ownership of decisions that are not ours and we know are wrong.
