Amica is a great place to work and I know they listen to their employees' feedback, implement changes if they can and generally want to do better. They're not perfect but no company is. More flexibility is needed. Many employees prefer to work two days in the office. It's too much stress driving to work 3 days a week. The pandemic changed everything. All supervisors and managers need to be inclusive, supportive and respectful. This doesn't always happen in every department or branch. Overhaul of the IT Department as they are very behind in technology - older systems, server problems, and connection issues. Practice piloting new technology and providing employees with good instructions rather than attempting to force it when it's clearly not ready. Don't give you a day off for your birthday.
