Pros

Culture is supportive with integrity at its center. I've always felt that this company respected a reasonable decision that sought to create customer loyalty over the bottom line and that has kept me here. The health/wellness benefits are very good. Matching donations, charitable grants, and time off to volunteer are a plus. The company is making efforts to diversify upper management.

Cons

Despite several significant advances in technology over the past few years, including additional WFH flexibility, labor pool/staffing fluctuations have taken more time to equalize than anticipated and inflationary pressures are not adequately addressed by current salaries.
