      Pros

      alot of free time. team was super chill, could do work at any hours of the day. PTO is nothing amazing but not bad at the same time.

      Cons

      pay is severely below market rate. Work was pretty boring + monotonous. I'm sure there were some other teams doing interesting work. Ultimately lost a huge goverment contract causing alot of employees to part ways. Lot of people have something to say about CEO, but I personally never worked with him.

      There are some nice people working in silence because they are afraid to speak up.

      Cons

      A toxic workplace with excessive control and scrutiny, which stifles employee autonomy, kills morale, and lowers productivity.
