So many to list. Look at the other reviews. They are do true! Do your homework! 1) The CEO is the main problem. He is a narcissist! Glassdoor is not broken. The CEO is broken! 2) Poor Management style and skills from upper management 3) There is no work/life balance when people are asked to work every weekend and CEO calls you after hours 4) HR is clueless and unresponsive 5) The turnover is high - for many reasons. 6) Very stressful environment as “everything” is a crises 7) People get hired and they dropped like flies once your eyes get opened about this company. 8) They are a very small company with a very small brain/mentality 9) There is NO Joy working for this company.
