Pros
Good pay. Benefits are decent. They promote unlimited PTO, but that’s not necessarily true.
Cons
If you want to work for a culture that caters to the control freak nature of their CEO Peter Levin, this is the company for you. I have never worked for someone who was so anal about the most insignificant things. If a period was missing, or the file wasn’t name the right way, you would have thought it was World War III going on. The problem is that it trickles down to other members of Leadership and managers who are just as awful and ungrateful for any of the work that you do. I have never felt so unappreciated for the work that I did there, and the expectation was to be perfect. Mind you, this same standard is not equal across departments. I brought these concerns to HR and it fell on deaf ears. Read the other comments about the company. They are all true and all have one similar thing in common: Peter Levin. Until he’s gone, the toxicity will continue.
