      Name recognition of CEO might get you in doors if they haven't had to work with him yet.

      Cons

      There is no business process or vetted long-term goals based in realistic data. Very toxic "gun to your head" work culture with no wins to validate the toxicity. Your career will not grow here and people know the CEO is a loud but unserious player in the space so your time at the company will not be respected by industry.
