The institute carries a strong brand name with numerous branches, which offers educators wide academic exposure and experience working within a large, well-recognised educational network.

Cons

During my short tenure, decision-making appeared concentrated, creating a monopoly in leadership approach. This often resulted in poor communication and limited transparency. There was no consistent support from the director, especially during academic or technical challenges, which made the work environment difficult despite strong institutional branding.
