Pros
Learning manual methods help to build up foundation with limitation in current system. I built up a lot of analysis skill and ways to handle operation before switching to new career. Relationship among colleagues and team is alright.
Cons
Poor remuneration with high workload. Management cut OT and do not pay OT even they request you to work over time. Don't think about getting good income at here. Management do not appreciate office executive (HR/Procurement/Logistic) compared to production engineers.
