Pros
- Location is remote, so less traffic jam - Have own cafeteria, cheap food, less expenses - Gym
Cons
- No career development. Managers does not even track their workers' skill levels. - Uses outdated technologies, will only upgrade at last minute. - Previous study/work experiences are useless, expected to follow orders blindly even though against logic and rational. - Tasks assigned are not within skill set, but required to complete them within short period, resulting in unrealistic deadline. - Management will not listen to all suggestion, even ones that have good justification. - Expected to be available 24/7 (including public holidays), even though it has been specified in job contract and interview that it will not be the case. - Toxic work culture. Each department will try their best to complete their own tasks, even by disturbing other departments works. There is a saying here that is being passed from managers to their workers: "Let others suffer, not us". - High attrition rate.
