Pros
Good starting company for the 1st 2 years. Afterwards, you decide :)
Cons
1. Process Engineers are being pressured to work overtime for 6 hours or more in a week. 2. Process Engineers are overworked, especially at Assembly. ALL are your IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR, from Operator level to multiple managerial levels. 3. Expect heavy office politics and rampant favoritism at any department. 4. You are lucky if you got promoted based on performance. Unfortunately, this company just looks at your tenure as basis. 5. No structured training for engineers. They expect you will learn from experience (trial and error). 6. High turnover rate across all levels. 7. Small annual increase. Very low opportunity for career growth unless you're favorite. 8. Currently under CWW (compressed work week) wherein you will work for 12 hrs consecutive for 4 days then have 2 off days and 1 rest day overtime (60 hrs per week). Expect decline in health and less time with your love ones.
