Just a Bigger Mess with New Management - Director Amkor Employee Review

New Management all IDM thinkers (and backgrounds) and don't have basic understanding of OSAT business model. Many VPs with zero to a few reports and one in particular with High School Degree. Everyone has a Director of VP title, but only to keep them around, since no one else would recognize. The good old boys are still in charge of the organization and not the new management.
