Work life balance good but generally an older work force - Senior Engineer Amkor Employee Review

The work force is older and the company recently started hiring new grads. This being said career progression is not as clear as would be at some of the larger companies but I think there have been efforts toward providing a more standardized and clear path for progression. The company could also work on better recruitment marketing
