Pros

At ATEP one will find very competent professionals and the work environment is friendly enough. The product portfolio and the business outlook is really interesting.

Cons

Overall, not enough resources were committed to put the business strategy in motion. Upper management seemed unfazed by the persistent delivery delays. The average pay grade was on the lower percentile and long hours should be expected to make up for the lack of people. The benefits were definitely subpar considering the company's size.
