Pros
1) monthly salary will be credited within right time . 2) work environment is ok.
Cons
1) there is no proper growth for senior people around here.i started working in this company for 7k before 7 years and after that also my salary was hike yealry 5-6% only. And as of now am getting 15k.this problems is faced similarly with my colleagues who is senior than me. 2) there is no extra Benefits. 3) there is no proper promotion example those who work as a operator (diploma)he should remain same as operator for his life time. In rare case if they get promotion also the salary hike will be very less.and you won't get any fame or reputation or any respect around there you will be still treated as an operator. 4) suppose if you come to this compamy as an engineer you only need a recommendation. Not for those who got talented
