quite easy to get the hang of the job people are generally quite easy going; friendly 13th mth AWS and bonus not very bureaucratic can easily approach the managers/directors...if you can find them not in meetings or business trips
Cons
if you want job advancement, you need to seek/source for it yourself, no job succession pathed out usually. many stayed in the same position for many years depending on your position in company AI can be from nothing to about 3% for the lowest levels
