Pros

You work with passionate people who are trying to bring quality educational services to schools. Flexible work from home options are a plus.

Cons

Starting positions are contractors who do not get PTO, sick days or decent benefits.

Amplify hires for both full-time and contract roles. Unfortunately, contract roles are temporary and not currently eligible to participate in employee benefits. We encourage contractors with solid and consistent performance to apply for full-time opportunities. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

Pros

There are some very dedicated, talented and well intentioned people who work there. For awhile it felt like the organization was building and doing great things. The salary felt fairly competitive with the industry standard.

Cons

Don't look too closely under the hood if you don't want to stop believing in the illusion. The product is no longer as strong as it once was, the PD and CS have gone way downhill, they care more about profit than people and they are no longer mission driven but success and money driven. They talk a good game, but many people there are ruthless so watch your back. They do a good job of making you feel like it's the best place to work and you are lucky to be there, for awhile, but when the blook is off the rose, watch out.
