-managers pick favorites, there is a lot of corrupted practices in promotions. if you look at a lot of leadership ppl, their career path jumps around so much (i.e. promoted every 5-8 months) and in a position that their experience does not match up with
-a lot of microaggressions, racism, sexism, etc. Even when reported to HR "anonymously", you are exposed to all of leadership and then PICKED ON
-inconsistency in practices in all aspects: product, careers, people, etc.
