      * Thoughtful Leaders that demonstrate they are fully invested in the success of the Amsive brand * Lots of opportunities to roll up sleeves and learn all facets of a marketing services company * Autonomy to make business decisions and get support as needed

      Cons

      * need to be comfortable taking on many roles and learning new tools and processes as resources are a challenge post-pandemic * Career pathing is not clear however its in the process of being revamped

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
