      Pros

      The environment at Path is awesome, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a question about how to do something there is always someone ready and willing to show you. It is also a great place for people looking to work with top notch industry thinkers within digital marketing. I was in the internship program which was great as they offered weekly training sessions and hands-on SEO, SEM, or social media content experience.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      Pros

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
