      Coworkers are usually great, Sense of togetherness.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected. Misinformation between the highest levels and those directly beneath leads to favoritism in advancement. very few females in leadership of people.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      Pros

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
