      Up to 6% bonus each year based on company performance /your performance. Eligible for 9% bonus each year based on performance. Easy to move up in the company as long as your work is good. I am always encouraged to take my PTO. Management is very understanding, no micromanagers

      Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite. Relatively 'flat' organization with less concern about titles (though they are abundant) and more concern with simply working together to meet business needs. No micromanagement of workload or PTO.       Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
