Pros

Based on the industry, the possibilities are endless, however, based on the CEO's 2015 interview statement, ‘Cheap is the new cool’, none of these opportunities are capitalized on.

Cons

Untrained, underqualified management. Employees have no voice with the exception of the ones who are related to the management. Insecure employees undermine and bully each other with no intervention from Management or HR. The lack of diversity and organizational socialization stifles the company.

Pros

Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

Cons

There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
