Pros

Customers are mostly appreciative, it's nice to be able to make a difference in someone's life. The call center focused more on quality of the calls, not quantity.

Cons

Management, lack of communication and co workers that are borderline unprofessional. "Treated like family" are only for the chosen few.

Reputable company overall. Great people and team members.

Cons

Working on the HR team often leaves employees feeling invisible, undervalued, and frustrated by leadership that is disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work. Management frequently lacks an understanding of employee workloads and challenges, resulting in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Training and onboarding are inadequate, with many employees expected to perform at a high level without the proper guidance or support. Rather than being set up for success, employees are often left to figure things out on their own and are then held accountable for mistakes that could have been avoided with better training.
