      Cohesive Team collaboration, empowerment to accomplish tasks and projects. Accessible and engaged C-Suite.       Great benefits! The office is nice and super relaxed

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility at all. You are stuck as an associate with no way to move up. And when you do move up there is no pay difference.
