Working on the HR team often leaves employees feeling invisible, undervalued, and frustrated by leadership that is disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work. Training and onboarding are inadequate, with many employees expected to perform at a high level without the proper guidance or support. Rather than being set up for success, employees are often left to figure things out on their own and are then held accountable for mistakes that could have been avoided with better training.
