Pros
Corporate-wide options for learning and growth, DEI committee have been actively programming for the company since the group started, team members and lead are supportive of my work, professional development is encouraged, and great place to learn about industry and build on foundational skills (for college students, recent grads, and young adults). Overall, long-term employment here would be good depending on the department personnel and individual's experience
Cons
A bit clique-y depending on which department you're in, unprofessional behavior has been brush aside/disregarded, and changes to operations should be better conveyed. DEI initiatives and team bonding are not appreciated by some people; however, I like them and would appreciate more opportunities.
