Nice company to work for - Technician Amwins Group Employee Review

Quite difficult to get a promotion or negotiate pay rise, no matter how hard my colleagues and I seem to work it doesn't really get reflected and if you ask why or what you can do to improve there isn't a straightforward answer...could have just been my team though. There is a performance pathway but I don't feel it gets used fairly.
