Working on the HR team often leaves employees feeling invisible, undervalued, and frustrated by leadership that is disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work. Management frequently lacks an understanding of employee workloads and challenges, resulting in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Training and onboarding are inadequate, with many employees expected to perform at a high level without the proper guidance or support.
