Business Outlook
Pros
Projects are very interesting and intellectually challenging. Engineering culture is excellent. Colleagues are mostly very willing to help and share knowledge. All the engineering managers I worked for are very reasonable folks with common sense and data-driven approach.
Cons
Work has become more and more demanding with ever tighter schedule. Many coworkers are spending ever more extra hours just to meet aggressive product development/release schedules. I feel ADI has been taken that for granted a little bit, without compensating employees' extra efforts going above and beyond.
