Pros
Great technical environment, technology savvy staff, highly professional and inteligent engineers. The best engineers in the semiconductor industry you can work with. work life balance is good, not many overtime, annual GTC meeting is good for technical growth and exposure.
Cons
Management team is the worst I have ever seen, Little feedback, lack of promotion transparency. Old fashioned business style and hirearchy. Gen X and Y may have trouble to fit in a depressed environment. Overal, you will be thrilled by your job and co-worker and will feel depressed by the management.
