Pros
You'll generally always be working on something interesting and engaging. Direct managers in my experience are all great communicators and respect work-life balance. Great benefits compared to other companies. 5% automatic contribution to 401k on top of base salary is definitely helpful for early career engineers to build wealth
Cons
Execs have started to care more about short-time stock prices too much. The underlying business has incredible products and people and the whole market is being caught in the headwinds and fear of recession. Compensation is on the low-side compared to the rest of the industry. Constant state of re-organization is detrimental and leads to questions from younger engineers.
