      None since the Merger With MAXIM there is constant Re-org , Terriable Management

      Cons

      Quality down , wilmington is set up to Fail constaint re'org since Merge. A VACCINE mandate came at perfect time lost alot of great workers and shamed publicly others not having to pay severance always a talk of money how much was saved with terminations
