Pros
Co-workers are overall nice and social people. Some clients are great to work with and generally there is a lot of opportunity to refine client service skills and work with some big name brands.
Cons
Upper management lacks people management skills and takes little interest in employee development. Technology and services are severely outdated when compared to competition. Nothing ever runs smoothly and management offers very little support in times of crisis (which happens on every project). Company sells projects they don't have the capabilities to execute and expects analysts/consultants to "deal with it". No sense of work-life balance and anyone that tries to challenge this notion is penalized.
