The management shows incredible favoritism towards certain people and the company runs on emotions rather than business acumen. There is no upward mobility and its a constant drudge to do the same thing over and over every day. It is not the kind of place where you can discuss issues, because if you express any displeasure, management will find out and you will be gone. It's a good stepping stone to learn and then take that knowledge somewhere else that you are appreciated.
