Pros
To be a longtimer at Anaplan, it's just a few years because we are so new. I have seen alot of changes, and they have all been for the better (I will admit at first I didn't think so, but now I know it was the right thing to do). At first, it's jarring, but that comes with change. We have the best product out there if you want to plan any part of your business better--it's that simple. I have worked at other start ups, and my coworkers are some of the smartest and hardest working people out there. Our customers who really get what we are selling love what we can bring them. I love what I do. I love this company. I am proud to work here.
Cons
It's hard to adjust to change, but when you get your head in the game, it's worth it. I am prepared for some more challenges because we are growing that fast. We made some bad hiring choices, but I think we will get past that too. You can see them writing here on Glassdoor, but they were not a fit. That's okay--we shouldn't have hired you in the first place. We are always learning.
