Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I agree with you that our current trajectory is positive and will propel Anaplan toward becoming a category defining company. And I also agree with you that we are implementing a lot of change in a short time period to ensure we are set up for that success. When possible, we do share changes with managers in advance and consult with our extended leadership team (ELT) to help shape the changes we make.
I’m glad you like the culture, and I’m excited to work with all of our employees to strengthen it even more. Flexibility is a cornerstone of our winning culture and respecting time off from work is key. In fact, we just shared with employees the dates for our upcoming global Well-being Days and encouraged employees to take full advantage of the generous PTO we offer. It’s important that we are able to take time off to decompress and recharge our batteries.
