Your commission isn’t entirely based on your success, half is based on what your AE does after you hand off the opportunity to them. You can potentially put in a lot of work be successful but still not get paid commission due to that structure.
Got rid of the entire SMB division recently, so no chance for SDR advancement. An SDR or the year finalist was advised that they’d have to leave company to become an AE (as they only employ Enterprise AE’s now, & they require years of enterprise experience.)
Expected to work 1 or 2 hours after business hours a few times a week for learning and administrative duties.
Poor corporate organizational skills across the board (VP’s-SDR management), constantly rescheduling meetings, huddles, 1 on 1’s, enablement sessions up to 3/4 times a week.
