      Pros

      Great environment, even when working long hours during tax season. Coworkers are welcoming and friendly. The interaction to upper management is frequent unlike some other firms where you don't get much face time with partners. They really want you to succeed and will do what they can to help you advance in your career.

      Cons

      Long hours, but that comes with the industry/career.

      good work life balance which is rare. No audit practice therefore tax dominate and controls direction of the firm.

      Cons

      Each office operates as its own Silo, incompetent staff, too much focus on admin and not on developing better skillsets.
