Pros
There's a good overall environment at Andersen Tax. They really push a heavy team emphasis, and the firm has lots of mentorship across all areas. They give lots of free meals, etc., for the weeks they make us work mandatory overtime during the week and weekends.
Cons
They have lots of meetings, more meetings, meet-ups with various mentors, constant reviews for yourself and those you work with. It gets to be a bit much. Good salary but not great. Always feel a bit underpaid but not dramatically so.
