Good 401k matching (6%) Wide variety of projects Good coworkers

Cons

Lack of vision in senior leaders; some leaders have been here 30+ years and lack open mindedness. Staff are well-trained and afraid to provide basic updates/feedback for fear of retaliation. Senior leaders can be very emotional, and set off a chain of reactions below them every time they're presented with information they don't like.

Pros

Great management within production, very engaging and welcoming

Cons

Unfortunately within the HR department, the experience was the opposite and not a welcoming environment. Initially the experience was positive and then quickly became a terrible work environment of distrust.
