Pros
Depending on the managers working there at the time, there is growth potential across the board. With the turn-over rate, employees starting at the bottom level can move up quickly (i.e., laborers will be site supervisors in less than two years).
Cons
Incredibly high turn over rate, both in the field and in the office. Leadership is unwilling to adapt to change in modern employment standards, and bases management and personnel decisions based on friendships and who is in favor at the time. Management puts clients and a dollar bill before employees, and it is reflected in the morale.
